Packages All tours included in a package must be completed within 14 days of starting the first tour (subject to availability). Missing Your Hotel Or Coach Pick-up If you are not waiting at the pick-up point at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid. Missing Your Ferry Or Boat Departure Some tours such as the ferry to Fitzroy Island do not offer hotel coach pick-ups, and require you to check-in at a fixed location such as the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. If you do not check-in at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid.
