Cancellations And Refunds Bookings cancelled less than 48 HOURS before the tour departs will forfeit 100% of the total price paid (subject to any fees or penalties imposed by an operator other than Raging Thunder). Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance to cover possible unforeseen circumstances. Packages All tours included in a package must be completed within 14 days of starting the first tour (subject to availability). Missing Your Hotel Or Coach Pick-up If you are not waiting at the pick-up point at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid. Missing Your Ferry Or Boat Departure Some tours such as the ferry to Fitzroy Island do not offer hotel coach pick-ups, and require you to check-in at a fixed location such as the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. If you do not check-in at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid. Special Circumstances At the discretion of Raging Thunder Pty Ltd, if you miss your COACH or FERRY departure you may be able to reschedule for another day subject to the payment of a rescheduling fee (this covers administration charges and the provision of meals where applicable).
