I feel like you can’t really be in Hobart and not be indulging in some of Tasmania’s best food and wines – it would simple be a crime not to do one of our popular winery tours. We have spent some time sourcing some of the best wineries for our groups to enjoy on our winery tours

If you're a winery tour virgin, then let us show you the light – basically, a winery tour consists of a private bus, which will pick you up from your accommodation, take you around to 2 or 3 different winery’s and then drop you back at the end of the day. Easy and fun!

The best part of doing tastings at each winery is that you can usually get to taste some of their high-end wines that might otherwise be outside of your wine budget. Usually, you might get to taste at least one “reserve” wine which means it was the BEST wine of that particular year of production. See, your learning already.

We always recommend groups also do a prepaid lunch at one of the wineries – prepaid is best for groups as, if its peak season there can be a wait for service. Our groups get priority service by prepaying so it’s a win for everyone – the winery and our groups.

Also, a plus is if a particular wine takes your fancy most wineries can send you a case directly to your home address you just pay on the day – it will probably arrive back home before you do.
