Once a medieval weapon - archery has developed into a hi-tech sport. There is more to it than just pull back and let go - its an art almost. If you want something a bit different for your next Canberra Hens day activity, something outdoors and something that could lead to good hunting skills should you ever find yourself on a desert island.
Whats involved?
- Set 8kms outside the CBD- its handy for everyone. We can also arrange transport if need be
- Professional instruction provided, so your guests learn the skills needed
- You will all get a chance to hit the targets set at a variety of distances
- Finish with a competition to see who is the Robin Hood for the day. Our longbows they are powerful enough to be very accurate and light enough for most people and most ages to use. We shoot over a reasonable distance to give everyone a real sense of achievement when they hit the target, and more often than not there are plenty of bull's eyes.
